**Server**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
* Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
* Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed
* Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns from guests
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting them for the next guest
* Process payments using Aloha POS or similar systems
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
* Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly
**Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in the food industry or as a Server is preferred
* Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
* Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
* Excellent communication skills
