NepUnite.com Terms of Service (TOS)

Effective Date: September 28, 2025

Welcome to NepUnite (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and community platform (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to post or respond to listings related to jobs, apartments, or events. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, discriminatory, or illegal content.

  • Use the Platform for spam, scams, harassment, or harmful activity.

  • Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate your content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

5. Our Role

We provide a platform for users to share job opportunities, housing listings, and community events, as well as connect with other users. We do not verify or endorse user content and are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, legality, or quality of listings; though we will try our best to uphold it to the highest standards. Transactions and communications between users are solely their responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All design, branding, and content we create are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for harmful conduct.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any content. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including disputes with other users, fraud, or reliance on listings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts in the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.

 

NepUnite.com Community Guidelines

To keep safe and useful for everyone, users must follow these guidelines:

  1. Be Respectful – No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.

  2. Be Honest – All listings must be accurate and not misleading. No fake jobs, apartments, or events.

  3. Stay Safe – No illegal, violent, or harmful content.

  4. No Spam or Scams – Don’t use the Platform to mislead or defraud others.

  5. Respect Intellectual Property – Post only content you have the right to share.

Violations may result in removal of content, suspension, or permanent banning of accounts.

If you believe content on our Platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to contact.nepunite@gmail.com

Your notice must include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work.

  • The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content.

  • Your contact information.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you own the copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We will investigate and may remove content. If a user believes their content was removed in error, they may file a counter-notice, and we may restore the content if legally permitted.

Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
